How can I place an order?

Are the colors on the site accurate?

We do our best to represent them faithfully, but there may be slight differences due to screens and materials.

Can 3D printed products have imperfections?

Yes, small surface variations are typical of 3D printing and do not compromise its functionality.

Returns and warranties

Can I return a product?

The product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days at 3dodlab@gmail.com with a photo of the problem. We will replace or refund the item according to regulations.
