How can I place an order?

Add products to your cart and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Can I cancel or change an order?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, please email us at 3dodlab@gmail.com and include your order number. For customized products, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production: 3–7 business days . Courier delivery: typically 2–5 days (varies by area).

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes. Costs and times depend on the country and are shown at checkout.

Products and customizations

Can I request a custom-made product?

Of course! We specialize in custom 3D printing. Email us at 3dodlab@gmail.com with the details.

Are the colors on the site accurate?

We do our best to represent them faithfully, but there may be slight differences due to screens and materials.

Can 3D printed products have imperfections?

Yes, small surface variations are typical of 3D printing and do not compromise its functionality.

Returns and warranties

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt (except for personalized products). See our Terms and Conditions .

The product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days at 3dodlab@gmail.com with a photo of the problem. We will replace or refund the item according to regulations.
