ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS

Can I customize a product (name, logo, dimensions)?
Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp or email indicating the product, your idea and (if necessary) dimensions. We will reply with feasibility and timelines.

Can I request a color not available in the variants?
Yes, depending on filament availability, we can produce custom colors. Contact us before placing your order.

Can I order a custom set/bundle?
Certainly: tell us the quantity, colors, and if you want LEDs included (where applicable). We will prepare the best solution for you.

PRODUCTION

How long does it take to produce orders?
Generally 1–2 business days. For large quantities or customizations, times may vary (we will inform you beforehand).

Are the products handmade?
They are designed by us and 3D printed on-demand in Sicily, with finishing and quality control.

SHIPPING AND COLLECTION

Do you ship throughout Italy?
Yes, we ship within Italy with tracking. Costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Usually 2–4 business days from shipment (in addition to production times).

Can I pick up in person?
Yes: we offer free in-store pickup (Via Giove 19, Rosolini – SR). Select "In-store pickup" at checkout: we will notify you when your order is ready.

Can I change my address after ordering?
If the order has not yet been shipped, yes. Contact us immediately.

MATERIALS AND CARE

What material do you use?
We mainly use PLA (plant-based bioplastic) and other selected materials depending on the product.

How do I clean PLA products?
With a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers and high temperatures.

Can they be left in the sun or near heat sources?
PLA can deform with high heat or prolonged direct sunlight. It's best to avoid very hot environments (e.g., car in summer, radiators, flames).

RETURNS AND ASSISTANCE

What if it arrives damaged or with defects?
Write to us within 48 hours with photos: we will help you immediately with a replacement or a quick solution.

Can I make a return?
Yes, within 14 days (according to policy). Customized products may have limitations: if you have doubts, ask beforehand.
