Terms and Conditions – 3DodLab
1. General
1.1. This document defines the terms and conditions governing the use of the website and the conclusion of sales contracts between 3DodLab (hereinafter "Seller") and the Customer.
1.2. "Customer" refers to any natural or legal person who makes a purchase on the website for non-professional purposes.
2. Definitions
2.1. "Products": items offered for sale through the 3DodLab website.
2.2. "Contract": the agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller for the sale of the Products.
2.3. "Order": the request for Products made by the Customer through the website.
3. Conclusion of contract and archiving
3.1. The images, descriptions, and prices of the Products on the website are to be considered invitations to offer, not binding obligations.
3.2. The Order becomes binding when the Customer completes the purchase process (cart → checkout → order confirmation).
3.3. The Customer will receive a confirmation email which constitutes the Seller's acceptance of the Order.
3.4. The Contract will be archived, and a copy can be retrieved through the customer area or upon request via email.
4. Prices, payment, shipping costs
4.1. All prices indicated include VAT, if applicable, at the rate in force at the time of the Order.
4.2. Shipping costs are additional, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
4.3. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure methods available on the website.
4.4. In case of advance payment, shipping will be made after effective credit.
5. Delivery and times
5.1. Products will be shipped within 3–7 business days from receipt of the Order or completion of payment, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
5.2. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination address.
5.3. In case of delays, the Customer will be informed via email.
6. Retention of title
The Seller retains ownership of the Products until full payment of the price by the Customer.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, without needing to provide a reason.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to: [email protected].
7.3. The Seller will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal communication.
7.4. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7.5. Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized Products or those made to order according to Customer specifications.
8. Warranty and complaints
8.1. In case of defects, the Customer must report them within 7 days of receiving the goods.
8.2. The Seller undertakes to replace the Product or provide a refund, according to current regulations.
8.3. If the defect is attributable to the Seller, the shipping costs for replacement will be borne by the Seller.
9. Product quality and characteristics
9.1. 3DodLab products are made using 3D printing in materials such as PLA or other polymers.
9.2. They may have slight differences or imperfections typical of the 3D printing process, which do not compromise their functionality.
9.3. Colors displayed on the website may vary slightly from actual colors.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or other unforeseen damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10.2. Liability is, however, limited to the value of the Product purchased.
10.3. The consumer's mandatory rights under the law remain unaffected.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
11.1. The contract is governed by Italian law.
11.2. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract, the competent court shall be that of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy; otherwise, the competent court will be that of SYRACUSE.
