Terms and Conditions – 3DodLab

1. General
1.1. This document defines the terms and conditions governing the use of the website and the conclusion of sales contracts between 3DodLab (hereinafter “Seller”) and the Customer.
1.2. “Customer” means any natural or legal person who makes a purchase on the site for non-professional purposes.

2. Definitions
2.1. “Products”: the items offered for sale through the 3DodLab website.
2.2. “Contract”: the agreement concluded between Customer and Seller for the sale of the Products.
2.3. “Order”: the request for Products made by the Customer via the site.

3. Conclusion of the contract and archiving
3.1. The images, descriptions, and prices of the Products on the site are to be considered invitations to submit offers, not binding obligations.
3.2. The Order becomes binding when the Customer completes the purchasing process (cart → checkout → order confirmation).
3.3. The Customer will receive a confirmation email which constitutes acceptance of the Order by the Seller.
3.4. The Contract will be archived and a copy can be retrieved through the customer area or upon request by email.

4. Prices, payment, shipping costs
4.1. All prices shown include VAT, if applicable, at the rate in force at the time of the Order.
4.2. Shipping costs are additional, unless otherwise explicitly indicated.
4.3. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure methods available on the site.
4.4. In case of advance payment, the shipment will be made after the payment has actually been credited.

5. Delivery and times
5.1. Products will be shipped within 3–7 working days of receiving the Order or completing payment, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
5.2. Delivery times depend on the courier and the destination address.
5.3. In case of delays, the Customer will be informed by email.

6. Retention of title
The Seller retains ownership of the Products until the price has been paid in full by the Customer.

7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, without having to provide a reason.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication to: 3dodlab@gmail.com .
7.3. The Seller will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.
7.4. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7.5. Exception : The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or tailor-made Products according to the Customer's specifications.

8. Warranty and complaints
8.1. In case of defects, the Customer must report them within 7 days of receiving the goods.
8.2. The Seller undertakes to replace the Product or provide a refund, in accordance with current legislation.
8.3. If the defect is attributable to the Seller, the shipping costs for the replacement will be at his expense.

9. Quality and characteristics of the products
9.1. 3DodLab products are made through 3D printing in materials such as PLA or other polymers.
9.2. They may present slight differences or imperfections typical of the 3D printing process, which do not compromise their functionality.
9.3. The colors displayed on the site may vary slightly from the actual colors.

10. Limitation of liability
10.1. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or other unforeseen damages, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10.2. In any case, liability is limited to the value of the purchased Product.
10.3. The consumer's mandatory rights under the law remain unaffected.

11. Applicable law and competent court
11.1. The contract is governed by Italian law.
11.2. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of the Customer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy; otherwise, the competent Court shall be that of SIRACUSA.
